Budgeting for your new Kitchens is entirely dependent on the price of the materials, and the complexity of the job. This includes additional intensive labour requirements (i.e. knocking down walls, moving existing pipes etc) An well-known industry rule of thumb is to consider circa 10-20% of the house’s market value when estimating a kitchen remodel. Keep in mind that a redesigned kitchen is an investment that will increase the value of your home. We also offer cabinetry suit all types of budget and endeavour to provide the best design within your stated budget.
In a nutshell – a smaller job will take less time to complete than say a larger more complex one. We employ three key phases to each project.
Phase One: Design Phase. In some cases, clients will take from several weeks to several months to finalise on the preferred style and the finish of their kitchen.
Phase Two: Cabinet Ordering/Production Lead Time. This time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer but also, if you opt for custom-designs, typically this may take longer depending on the overall design and size.
Phase Three: Installation/Completion. Depending on the size, design and complexity, and allowing for contigencies etc – we allow approximately 6 – 8 weeks renovation time.
Yes you can purchase the cabinets only if you prefer. We would help design the project, confirm measurements and provide a support for you and your contractor throughout your project.
Our main range of custom cabinetry is Nobilia. This German brand is internationally recognised and known for it’s award-winning innovation and designs. They come in a variety of styles and price levels.
We also design bespoke hand-made custom kitchens, with the finishes sourced and manufactured locally here in Ireland.
Yes, we do offer Trade Rates to independent builders and contractors. In fact we have people on our team dedicated solely to the trade. If you are a Contractor, you can enquire here about setting up a trade account.
Firstly we will need a quick chat establish what you are looking for. Followed by a recce of the property/kitchen you are looking to redesign.
What impact on any project when costing it up will also be the add-ons – i.e. the applicances, finishes, worktops, surfaces etc.
Depending on how quickly we meet up and conduct a recce, we can provide you with a ball-park estimate. This should provide you with an insight of what the overall project and budget will be required.
Once again, we must stress – as in most cases, this will not be the final cost, owing to many factors that will impact the overall spend required. However, we will advise you accordingly where necessary.
In order to avail of Trade prices (discounted) you will be required to be a registered Contractor and/or Builing/Construction professional.
